Our egg pasta, special pasta and multi-flavor pasta are characterized by a single common denominator: quality and excellence. Our true strength, the driving force behind the activity, is the passion for our work and for those typically local flavors, capable of magically evoking those childhood memories and those particular sensations that we believed in a certain sense lost, clouded by the flow of time.
